Manufactured from high-clarity, shatterproof, medical-grade PET plastic and compliant with international ISO and CLSI standards, each tube is pre-dosed with EDTA anticoagulant, which rapidly chelates calcium ions to prevent clotting while preserving the liquid state and original morphology of blood cells without alteration. The tubes are available across a range of standard draw volumes (typically 2 mL to 10 mL, including 3 mL and 4 mL formats) to suit varying sample requirements, and feature the internationally standardized color-coded lavender stopper with pre-affixed, sterile, writable patient/case identification tags.
