PRODUCT CODE: OSS-1057
A drill-purpose rifle (also known as a parade rifle) is a rifle that has been altered so that it can no longer be fired. It is used solely for drill purposes, training, and teaching, usually by cadet forces. It can be marched with and used for individual or group exhibition drill. The rifle in the photos is a full-size, service-rifle-style drill rifle finished in black and supplied with an olive-green web sling with a camouflage shoulder pad, shown from the front and back. Drill rifles in this category are commonly made of high-impact resin or polystyrene, with metal or nickel-plated parts on some models. They are available in black, brown, and white finishes, in lengths of about 40" and 42", and with heavy web or leather slings.
