The trigger-activated control provides a steady, incremental flow of hardener and resin through an optional static mixing tip attached to the head of the cartridge, delivering an exact mix ratio of material with a simple pull of the trigger, suitable for medium to high viscosity two-part systems. Within this forensic kit, the gun accepts dual-barrel 50 mL silicone casting cartridges and is supplied with dynamic static mixing tips that ensure bubble-free, homogenous extrusion, along with 50 mL replacement silicone cartridges for extended crime scene deployment; the silicone cures into a permanent, tear-resistant, smudge-free elastomeric cast capable of capturing microscopic details.
The gun offers a twin gripping plate, tension release through plastic arm pull, and easy, lightweight, long-term-use construction, and is available in cartridge sizes of 50 mL, 75 mL, 100 mL, and 200 mL, supporting mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 to suit different casting compound formulations.
