Product Description

This is a forensic chemiluminescent reagent formulated to yield a working solution for the presumptive detection of latent, cleaned, diluted, or aged bloodstains through bright blue chemiluminescence, and is available in standard volumes of 125 mL, 250 mL, and 470 mL to suit different scene-processing requirements. Upon contact with iron in hemoglobin, the reagent produces a distinct blue glow, revealing blood traces invisible to the naked eye, including diluted, aged, or chemically scrubbed stains. The non-destructive formulation is suitable for use on concrete, wood, fabrics, tiles, metal, and drywall, and is supplied as a complete kit with reagents, mixing instructions, and a fine mist spray applicator. As with standard forensic chemical reagents, appropriate handling precautions apply, including the use of protective gloves, eye and face protection, and use in a well-ventilated area.
